This class is for people who want to work out in a different way for an hour. We start off with sprints and calisthenics for fifteen minutes, do about thirty minutes of core exercises, and then finish with fifteen minutes of basic boxing techniques (proper stance, punches, form, etc.) Because everybody is at different fitness levels, people are encouraged to simply push themselves according to what they feel comfortable with. Or, they can take the challenge of keeping up with me (this is the less fun option, but may be more beneficial). Hope to see you there!
